tossed oriental shrimp salad
what you need:
1 1/2 cups of mixed greens
a handful of edamame
handful bean sprouts
a handful of carrots
a handful green peapods
a handful of red peppers
6 crunchy noodles
6 cooked and chilled medium shrimp
what to do:
1. combine in all vegetables into a bowl
2. toss in shrimp and top with crunchy noodles
3. mix in one serving of ken’s light asian sesame ginger salad dressing
makes 1 serving
