whole-wheat pita chips
what you need:
2 slices of whole wheat pita bread (circles)
extra virgin olive oil (for coating and flavoring pita chips)
olive oil (for spraying baking pan)
what to do:
1. slice pita bread into 12 triangular slices
2. lightly spray baking pan with olive oil
3. lightly coat pita slices with olive oil (season with salt, pepper to taste)
4. spread pita chips on baking pan & toast until crispy in oven on 375 for 5-7 minutes or until toasted
2 whole wheat pitas=24 pita chips
