pineapple kewler

As seen on NBC’s TODAY show!
what you need:
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 tbsp honey
- 16 ounces of frozen pineapple chunks, thawed
- organic dried coconut flakes
what to do:
1. once frozen pineapple chunks have thawed, place them into a blender
2. add honey into the blender and its contents (the pineapple chunks)
3. blend pineapple-honey mixture until it is completely pureed
4. pour mixture into a bowl and place in freezer
5. freeze for at least eight hours or overnight
6. when pineapple-honey puree is completely frozen, remove it from the freezer and “fluff up” the frozen mixture by scraping it repeatedly with a fork, until it is light in texture and color — it should resemble a fluffy icy
7. when ready to serve, cut top off of pineapple (remove the stem, but leave enough flesh underneath the stem so that the sliced top portion of the pineapple can stand alone) and hollowed out the inside of the pineapple
8. spoon pineapple fluff into the cavity created in the fresh pineapple in Step 7
9. top the pineapple fluff with dried coconut flakes
10. enjoy!
