kewl ranch dip
what you need:
• ¼ cup of low fat mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp of nonfat plain yogurt
• ½ tsp of chopped fresh chives (KewlTip: An awesome way to achieve small, easy, uniform slices of chives is to snip them with kitchen scissors! Make sure to have parental supervision whenever you’re using sharp tools like knives or scissors!)
• ½ tsp of chopped fresh parsley
• ½ tsp of chopped fresh dill
• ½ tsp of diced fresh white onion
• ½ tsp of minced fresh garlic
• Dash of sea salt
• Dash of ground black pepper
what to do:
1. In a bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients—the low fat mayonnaise, nonfat plain yogurt, chopped fresh chives, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh dill, diced fresh white onion, minced fresh garlic, sea salt, and ground black pepper.
2. Enjoy!
