kewl cranberry, walnut pear flat bread salad
what you need:• 1 whole-grain flatbread
• 1 ¼ cups of mixed greens
• ¼ cup of toasted walnuts
• 2 Tablespoons of dried cranberries
• ¼ cup of fresh sliced pears
• 1 ½ Tablespoons of crumbled goat cheese
• Olive Oil
what to do:
1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
2. Lightly brush whole-wheat flat bread with olive oil to coat and place in oven for 3 to 5 minutes to toast until crispy. Set aside.
3. Toast walnuts in a pan onto of medium flame. Set aside.
5. In a bowl, mix together the mixed greens, walnuts, dried cranberries and pears.
6. Pour a light coat of raspberry Vinagrette dressing over mixed salad mixture and mix together.
7. Layer salad mixture on top of toasted flatb and sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top.
8. Serve and Enjoy!
Raspberry Vinagrette Dressing:
• 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
• Sea salt, to taste
• Raspberry Vinagrette
• Honey, to taste
what to do:
Pour all ingredients in a bowl, wisk together and serve!
