Have you ever been so confused by tons of mixed messages that you’re literally spinning out of control with no clear idea of your goals or what you need to do to achieve them?
For me, I was so off track when it came to taking proper care of myself, mostly because I never knew how. I was living with so many un-kewl rules and worries for such a long time. Here are a few of the old confusing questions and ideas that were filling my head:
- Is it healthy to eat a certain amount of fat everyday, or is it off limits?
- Can I eat carbs? Are they really so bad? Should I avoid them at all costs?
- What’s better: Eating three large meals and two snacks daily, or six mini meals???
- Do I need to work out everyday?
- Are eight glasses of water such a big deal? Why do I need to drink that much water? Is there anything I can do to make it a little more interesting and tasty?
- How many hours do I need to sleep every night? Should I go to sleep at a certain time?
- Do I have to buy only organic foods? Are preservatives or pesticides going to do anything to me that would be unhealthy?
- Is all fast food evil?
- When should I eat?
